We follow Crystal as she gets PAYBACK from those who wronged her. We meet her at her lowest, watch her regain her strength and charge into battle with her girls. Their rage builds up into a final hectic visual explosion of joyous savagery. It’s cool, it's beautiful, it’s violent, it's satisfying and it’s fun to watch. A lot of the inspiration is drawn from the classics of Japanese cinema and theater. Strong sharp and graphic colors, black and whites… The framings are intentional like paintings, the camera movements are limited and directional.
